Privacy Policy

Zanitel LLC ("Zanitel", "we", "us") is a U.S.-based technology group operating zanitelglobal.com, including the Zeeptel dialer experience, USA Healthcare Connect, Smart TaxTrack waitlist, our Newsroom, and a private worker portal. For any privacy question, contact us via the contact page.

• Contact & inquiry details — name, email, and message when you use our contact forms.
• Subscriptions — your email (and chosen state/role) when you join the newsletter, the healthcare job digest, or a product waitlist.
• Dialer usage — the phone number you type is used to show rates and, if you buy credit, is attached to your receipt. "Recents" are stored only in your own browser (localStorage), never on our servers.
• Payments — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep only the transaction reference, amount, and the email you provide.
• Google Contacts (optional) — if you choose "Continue with Google", your contacts are read directly from Google into your browser session only, with read-only permission. We do not transmit, store, or modify your contacts on our servers, and access expires when your session ends. You can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Worker portal — for Zanitel workers only: account details, internal messages and file attachments, tasks, time logs, and (with device permission) location reports used for workforce coordination.
• Technical data — basic logs (IP, browser type) for security and performance.

• To provide the services you request (calls credit, job digests, newsletters, support).
• To send emails you signed up for — every marketing email tells you why you received it, and you can opt out by replying or contacting us.
• To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
• To operate internal tools for our workforce.
• We never sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers needed to run the site: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (only if you connect your contacts), Adzuna (job listings we display), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what is necessary and may not use it for their own purposes.

We use minimal browser storage: your sign-in session (worker/admin), your recent dial numbers, and a session cache of contacts if you connect Google. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, protect it with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access, and delete it on verified request.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and unsubscribe from any list, by contacting us through the contact page. We respond within 30 days.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
